The translation process

You send your text via our website, or to info@tradupla.com and tell us what the source language is and the target language you want it translated into, as well as the date by which you need it delivered.

Your project manager will analyze your documents, calculate the number of words and pages, as well as the terminology used.

Once you have accepted the offer, the project manager will give you the project number, which will be your reference number for the duration of the project. Finally, the project manager will select the best-qualified translator.

We will contact you with any questions regarding specific terminology in your text.

Once the translation is finished, we design it so that the original formatting is kept.

We can send you a draft of the translation which will give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have or request any changes. Finally, we will issue an invoice and then we will send your translation in the required format. If it is a sworn translation, we will send you a digital copy, as well as a hard copy by certified mail.
